Medical Director / Advisory Board Physician (MD/DO) – PRN Advisory Role
Pay: $100 - $150/hour

Brighter Days Home Health is seeking a licensed Arizona MD or DO to serve as a Medical Director and Advisory Board Member for our growing home health agency.

This is an ideal opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible, low-stress leadership role without direct patient care responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Medical Director in accordance with Arizona home health regulations.
  • Participate as a member of the agency Advisory Board.
  • Provide clinical and regulatory guidance as needed.
  • Review policies and procedures periodically.
  • Attend occasional advisory meetings (virtual attendance permitted when applicable).
  • Support agency compliance and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Active Arizona MD or DO license in good standing.
  • Ability to serve as Medical Director under Arizona regulations.
  • Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Home health or healthcare leadership experience preferred but not required.
